Full Stack/Frontend Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

  1. You will develop functional and appealing frontends with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, helping to shape the future of digital property management
  2. You will take full ownership of user experience and product quality, from prototype to production.
  3. You will work in a true greenfield environment with maximum technical freedom and the opportunity to help shape everything from the ground up
  4. You will develop AI interfaces and solutions for human-AI interaction that intelligently automate complex processes
  5. You will integrate backend systems in Golang and expand your technical skills in the process (prior experience not required)
  6. You will work closely with users, internal teams, and management to test ideas early and iterate directly based on real needs

Your profile

As a Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus, you will significantly shape the user interface and user experience of our AI-native platform. You will develop functional, appealing frontends that make complex property management processes intuitive and accessible to our users. You will work closely with the operations team, founders, and customers to develop solutions that deliver real added value and shape the future of property management.
  1. Experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus or a passion for frontend development
  2. Proficiency with modern frontend technologies (ideally Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind).
  3. Enjoyment in building products from scratch and taking full ownership
  4. Interest in AI use cases and designing interfaces for human-AI interaction
  5. Willingness to learn backend integration (Golang), prior experience not required, eagerness to learn is crucial
  6. Product understanding and the drive to build solutions that actually work for users
  7. Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus
