Forward Deployed Engineer (m/f/d)

1. Partner directly with property managers, accountants, and operations to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies
2. Build fast, functional prototypes from those conversations and iterate based on real feedback
3. Automate back-office processes across Sales, Finance, and Operations using n8n, lovable, or agentic coding tools
4. Build and maintain data pipelines from various tools into our data warehouse
5. Develop the AI and data architecture behind reltix via dashboards, tools, or conversational layers

What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)

1. Key operational workflows are significantly faster or fully automated
2. Internal teams actively use the tools you build in their daily work
3. Data from core products is accessible and reliable
4. You independently identify and solve high-impact problems
5. At least one of your solutions has been adopted into the core product

1. Strong curiosity & high agency
2. Experience with n8n or comparable automation tools (Make, Zapier, Airflow)
3. Solid knowledge of Python, SQL & data visualization
4. Experience with prototyping methods and the ability to quickly build a working proof-of-concept

Nice to Have

1. Experience with Snowflake or another data warehouse
2. Familiarity with lovable, coding agents, or similar rapid-build tools
3. Interest in LLMs and GenAI, and how to meaningfully embed them in operational workflows

1. Work on real problems with immediate, visible impact: no one in this industry has truly figured it out yet, and neither have we; you'd be helping build the map as we go
2. Early-stage startup on track to hit several million in ARR by EOY, with expansion into new German cities already underway
3. Immediate ownership from day one; no rigid processes, just learning and shipping until things work
